- Lead assigned implementation projects through delivery using established methodologies, quality standards, and implementation SOPs.
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, actions, issues, and dependencies; keep the project system of record accurate and current.
- Report project status, risks, and decisions to clients and leaders, and escalate when commitments are at risk.
- Maintain project forecasts and ACV timing records, including required DOMO and Slack updates and month-end hygiene.
- Coordinate consulting, migration, training, billing, utilities, and other specialists according to SOPs.
- Lead recurring client and stakeholder communications and document decisions.
- Improve templates and playbooks with practical feedback from the field.
- Provide informal coaching to less experienced project managers or coordinators.
- Follow Professional Services policies, security and data rules, SOPs, escalation paths, and handoff processes.
- Travel domestically to client sites as needed.
