Management consulting skills or relevant consulting experience.
Strong structured problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to create clean, organized, professional, client-ready documents and presentations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand business problems and focus on the client's stated needs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to organize complex information.
Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and stakeholders and communicate frequently in a remote work environment.
A personal laptop and willingness to have company security software and device management tools installed for the engagement.

Develop client-facing deliverables and presentations with the consulting team.
Transform project information, analysis, and team inputs into clear, structured materials.
Create and refine presentations for workshops, meetings, and client discussions.
Support the development of business and operating-model documentation.
Organize information and communicate key messages clearly.
Develop training materials and presentations; the role does not include training delivery.
Coordinate with the team daily and proactively communicate priorities, progress, questions, and blockers.
Provide regular progress updates in the remote working environment.
Incorporate team and stakeholder feedback into deliverables and presentations.
