Requirements
- Bring solid experience managing projects from scoping through execution and results measurement.
- Have experience with testing, iteration, and rollout; this is preferred.
- Bring solid experience in data analysis.
- Have experience taking action to improve metrics.
- Experience with conversion funnels and/or marketplace balance is preferred.
- Experience in technology companies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Growth Intelligence to map and prioritize opportunities across geographic areas and segments.
- Diagnose and prioritize gaps in supply, demand, and conversion.
- Work with local teams to understand the causes of gaps and identify growth levers in each area.
- Prioritize and coordinate plans with partner teams to test, measure, iterate, and scale growth levers.
- Own cross-functional project management, including PMO activities.
- Prepare executive reports and lead discussions relevant to decision-making.
