Responsibilities
- Translate high-level user stories and business requirements into detailed, actionable tasks.
- Coordinate daily team activities, including stand-ups, sprint planning, demonstrations, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Maintain project roadmaps, schedules, timelines, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks, blockers, scope changes, technical challenges, and dependencies.
- Communicate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to clarify requirements and resolve questions.
- Evaluate project scope against available resources and coordinate staffing adjustments.
- Collaborate with technical specialists and competency teams to promote best practices and improve delivery quality.
- Integrate AI tools and productivity solutions into project management workflows.
- Track performance indicators, set improvement goals, and seek feedback to support professional growth.
