Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Solid experience managing ERP implementations.
- Strong background managing projects in consulting services or another professional-services setting.
- Experience managing projects with teams of 5+ across multiple workstreams.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication, conflict-resolution, and change-management skills.
- Ability to manage client and team interactions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and lead on-site client workshops.
- Comfort working within and contributing to the evolution of an AI-augmented delivery model.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is desirable.
- NetSuite product experience and certifications are desirable.
- MBA, master's, or other advanced degree is desirable.
- Experience contributing to firm-wide methodology, knowledge management, or operating model initiatives is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the client's advocate throughout each engagement.
- Manage full-cycle NetSuite implementations across planning, design, build, verification, deployment, and transition.
- Manage project scope, timelines, work breakdowns, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Lead client status meetings and partner with the Engagement Manager on monthly steering committee meetings.
- Manage change control, client and team expectations, and assessment of non-standard features before implementation.
- Maintain project task lists and plans, RAID logs in Smartsheet, utilization forecasts, and weekly budget-consumption reporting.
- Surface and escalate project risks with documented impact to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Apply the firm's AI-augmented delivery toolset and contribute observations and improvements.
- Delegate work to junior resources and submit reusable project artifacts and lessons learned to firm knowledge management.
