Requirements
- Hold a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Have a minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
- Have proven experience delivering physical network infrastructure projects.
- Have experience managing physical network infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrate stakeholder management skills.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Be willing and able to travel throughout North and Central America as required.
Responsibilities
- Secure and validate well-defined business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and deliver solution proposals.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects and achieve agreed timelines and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, oversee project governance, and report regularly to stakeholders and management.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests through formal project management processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
