Requirements
- Have proven experience managing or coordinating data, analytics, or IT projects.
- Have experience working across ERP, data platform, and analytics/BI teams.
- Understand how business process changes affect data models, fields, and reports.
- Have experience leading testing cycles and coordinating sign-offs.
- Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Be fluent in business-level English.
- Hands-on analytics experience, such as SQL, Power BI, or Databricks, is a plus.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate work between the ERP, data lake, and analytics layers of the solution.
- Identify process changes across teams and translate them into impacts on analytics solutions, including affected data fields.
- Lead testing across all project waves.
- Manage resources and track resource usage.
- Synchronize solutions across ERPs, the data lake, other data sources, and analytics products.
- Keep local analytics teams, local business stakeholders, and the project team informed.
- Coordinate and lead knowledge transfer between analytics and IT teams.
- Coordinate documentation and knowledge-transfer sign-off.
- Monitor and assess the impact of each project wave.
