SalaryOur base salary is $110,000- $135,000 depending on experience.

Job Details

Have 3+ years designing performance or direct-response creative, including paid social ads, display, or landing pages.
Have experience designing for a consumer, marketplace, or lead-generation business.
Provide a portfolio showing high-volume ad work and how it was tested and iterated.
Be strong in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Be comfortable with motion and basic video editing using After Effects, Premiere, or similar.
Use performance data to evaluate creative variants and decide what to make next.
Be fast, organized, and comfortable with feedback and short turnaround times.
Already use AI tools to generate, iterate, and resize creative.
Nice to have: experience with print or direct mail and print vendors.
Nice to have: experience reading Meta Ads Manager or channel dashboards.
Nice to have: copywriting instincts for headlines and hooks.

Design static, motion, and short-form video ads for Meta, Reddit, display, and new test channels.
Create multiple versions of concepts across formats and sizes.
Ship new creative variants weekly with performance marketers, built around hypotheses about hooks, messages, formats, and audiences.
Review results with the team and apply learnings to the next round of creative.
Design landing page visuals, direct mail pieces, and lifecycle email creative.
Work with brand and product marketing to maintain brand consistency while testing creative.
Build templates, asset libraries, and a creative learnings log to scale production.
Use AI tools to increase creative output and speed up iteration, and help the team improve its use of those tools.
