Requirements
- Hold a High School diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred.
- Have at least 6 months of diagnostics sales experience selling to providers.
- Be familiar with specialties including Senior Care/LTC, Wound Care, Urology, Podiatry, Dermatology, and Internal Medicine.
- Demonstrate the ability to self-source leads and close new business.
- Be highly organized and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Have strong long-term relationship-building skills.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company and insurance standards.
- Have a reliable personal vehicle available for business use.
- Be able to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel.
- Reside within the territory geography where the company is hiring.
- Be willing to undergo regular drug screenings as required by customers or medical facilities.
Responsibilities
- Call on relevant medical specialties to promote and educate on the company’s diagnostic products.
- Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions for clinical and operational needs.
- Develop and manage a territory plan to meet or exceed targeted goals.
- Engage with company training, sales tools, and management.
- Maintain regular communication with staff members in offices and healthcare facilities.
- Present to clinical teams and independently manage a high-activity territory.
