Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- Strong experience working with Shopify.
- Strong understanding of social media management and content creation.
- Graphic design skills, particularly using Canva and/or Photoshop.
- Understanding of SEO and e-commerce best practices.
- Experience with email marketing and digital advertising.
- Ability to manage creative projects and technical e-commerce responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in luxury, jewelry, fashion, beauty, or another premium consumer brand is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the company's social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Create social media content, creative concepts, and campaign assets for the luxury jewelry brand.
- Support social media advertising and online campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the Shopify e-commerce website, including product listings and information.
- Optimize product pages and website content for SEO and improve the customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to increase online sales and help scale the website.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Work with the business owner to turn ideas into practical marketing campaigns.
