Requirements
- 8–12+ years of software engineering experience.
- Substantial experience in customer-facing or embedded technical delivery roles.
- Strong software architecture experience, including independently designing and defending architectures across varied tools and platforms.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot as a primary development workflow.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents on AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
- Experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients.
- Data engineering experience building and redesigning pipelines and data flows across varied sources.
- Full-stack development proficiency across backend services, APIs, and front-end interfaces or dashboards.
- Experience mentoring engineers and defining technical standards adopted beyond your own work.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including managing multiple concurrent internal stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for cross-functional data and AI problems from discovery through technical blueprint.
- Evaluate tools and architectures across platforms, data sources, and integration patterns.
- Document architecture decisions, data flows, API contracts, and solution briefs.
- Build solutions with AI coding assistants, including reusable custom plugins and skills.
- Redesign data pipelines and data flows, including integrations, transformations, and downstream delivery.
- Deploy and operate AI agents in production via AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
- Develop full-stack interfaces and dashboards for business users.
- Design and maintain AI agents, multi-agent systems, MCP servers and clients, evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and monitoring pipelines.
- Define delivery playbooks and architecture patterns, mentor engineers, and serve as an escalation point across teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define problems, deliver solutions, and align technical direction.
