Requirements
- Have 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Have full-stack development experience with strong backend engineering capabilities.
- Have demonstrated experience building and shipping AI applications in production environments.
- Understand AI agent architectures, evaluation methodologies, and systems for reliably developing and operating AI agents.
- Have experience developing scalable backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
- Be able to design evaluation systems and use performance data to guide technical iteration.
- Have experience translating business and operational requirements into technical solutions.
- Be able to work across solution architecture, hands-on implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Have experience working directly with enterprise customers or stakeholders in complex or ambiguous environments.
- Be able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Be willing and able to travel to customer locations as required.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with enterprise customer teams to understand their businesses, operating environments, and workflows.
- Translate operational needs into clearly defined, AI-driven solutions and technical architectures.
- Design, develop, deploy, and improve production-grade AI agents tailored to customer-specific problems.
- Build data pipelines, integrations, and supporting systems for deployment within customer environments.
- Develop evaluation systems to measure agent performance and use results to guide improvement.
- Partner with Product, Platform, Research, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions.
- Identify and codify reusable engineering practices, agent patterns, and technical frameworks.
- Diagnose technical and operational challenges in customer environments and drive issues through resolution.
- Communicate technical decisions, progress, risks, and results to customer stakeholders and internal teams.
