Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have at least 4-5 years of full-stack development experience in a similar role supporting large-scale production systems.
- Preferably have 2-3 years of experience in the Crypto or Security space.
- Have demonstrated programming skills in Java, Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Be familiar with mainstream development frameworks and distributed-system components, including caching and messaging.
- Be able to independently design systems.
- Have experience designing, developing, and tuning large-scale distributed, high-concurrency, and high-availability systems.
- Nice to have experience at Web3 security companies and developing large-scale API or monitoring systems.
- Nice to have experience with risk-control products and developing risk-control APIs.
- Nice to have understanding of smart-contract security vulnerabilities, on-chain incidents, and wallet security.
Responsibilities
- Plan and design security-related products, establish technical roadmaps, and implement important modules and core frameworks.
- Define architecture standards and best practices, and maintain underlying infrastructure and architecture.
- Develop and maintain tools to automate operational activities and improve engineering productivity.
- Provide automated continuous delivery and on-demand capacity management solutions.
- Engage directly with users to gather requirements, define APIs for client delivery, and maintain customer relationships.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in back-end systems to ensure performance and stability.
- Tune performance, troubleshoot online incidents, and refactor systems to improve speed and scale.
- Design and build libraries and frameworks for internal clients.
