Job Details

At least two years of proven leadership performance.
Strong track record of overachievement.
Experience coaching a team on outbounding.
Understand complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers, multiple products, and extended timeframes.
Have strong communication skills and comfort with public speaking.
Have strong interpersonal and team-management skills.
Be a self-starter and adaptable to change.
Demonstrate a growth mindset and willingness to learn a unique industry.
Show proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrate the ability to provide upward feedback to upper management.
Be able to analyze and accurately forecast an existing pipeline.
Be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Be proficient with SFDC, SalesLoft, and Gong.

Coach a team of approximately eight Account Executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews, and help achieve quarterly targets.
Hire new Account Executives and provide onboarding and ongoing coaching.
Work cross-functionally to solve problems and manage projects.
Create content for ongoing training and development.
Support Account Executives through professional development plans.
Provide clear, tactical feedback to Account Executives.
Foster team and commercial-organization culture using emotional intelligence.
Champion and model Samsara’s cultural principles.
Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team.
