Requirements
- Hold a B.Pharm or PharmD degree from an accredited Egyptian university.
- Have 2+ years of experience in community pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical customer service, or US-facing healthcare BPO; new graduates with strong English and customer orientation will be considered.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English; a neutral accent is preferred.
- Be willing and able to work US Pacific Time hours.
- Be comfortable using modern tools, including CRM, task management, and communication platforms.
- Have a stable home internet connection, quiet workspace, and dedicated laptop setup suitable for remote voice work.
- Be based in Egypt with valid work authorization.
- Be detail-oriented, process-disciplined, and calm under pressure.
- Prior experience serving US clients, familiarity with US pharmacy workflows, US drug brand names or US insurance basics, and experience with Primary/Secondary or named-account service models are nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of California-based Assisted Living communities as the named Primary or Secondary Care Partner.
- Work through daily callbacks, follow-ups, confirmations, and proactive outreach for assigned facilities.
- Review and reconcile medication records alongside AI tooling, flagging drug interactions, dosage concerns, and discrepancies to clinical teams.
- Keep facility census data accurate and current across AllCare's systems.
- Confirm provider schedules directly with facility contacts.
- Handle patient documents, delivery coordination, and cycle updates with pharmacy partners.
- Follow up on AI Concierge tasks, resolve open issues, and check in with facility administrators and families.
- Coordinate with Routing, Clinic, and Launch Lead teams to ensure requests are assigned and closed on time.
- Escalate issues to a Lead or Director when appropriate.
