Requirements
- Proven experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development.
- Background specifically within the trading industry.
- Fluency in Vietnamese language.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Comfort working with performance targets and KPIs.
- Highly organized, proactive, and follow-up driven.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital tools.
- Understanding of influencer or affiliate ecosystems (nice to have).
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or online platforms (nice to have).
- Experience working with global partners (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential partners including influencers, educators, communities, and agencies.
- Prospect via LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, events, and local networks.
- Conduct structured, personalized outreach across email, messaging apps, and calls.
- Assess partner quality, audience relevance, and growth potential through discovery calls.
- Present partnership models and negotiate terms and performance goals.
- Onboard partners into tracking systems and educate them on tools and best practices.
- Support partners in launching campaigns and monitor performance towards activation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure effective follow-up.
- Hand over activated partners to Business Development Managers with full context.
