Requirements
- Have native or C1-level Danish.
- Have solid conversational English at B2 level for training and system navigation.
- Bring strong written communication skills in Danish.
- Have a comfortable typing speed.
- Have decent computer knowledge.
- Previous retail, sales, or customer support experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries primarily through email and chat, with some phone support.
- Help shoppers with order tracking.
- Provide order delivery updates.
- Assist customers with damaged items.
- Help customers with size exchanges.
- Use standard CRM platforms and 3 to 5 internal systems to deliver customer service.
