Requirements
- Speak Dutch at native or C1 level.
- Have solid conversational English at B2 level for training and system navigation.
- Have strong written communication skills in Dutch.
- Have a comfortable typing speed.
- Have decent computer knowledge.
- Previous retail, sales, or customer support experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries primarily through email and chat, with some phone support.
- Help customers track orders and get delivery updates.
- Assist customers with damaged items and size exchanges.
- Use standard CRM platforms and 3 to 5 internal systems to support customers.
