Requirements
- Have three or more years of experience in customer success, account management, solutions or program management.
- SaaS platform experience is ideal.
- Take ownership independently and learn new systems and domains quickly.
- Explain technical issues in plain language and write actionable updates.
- Stay organized and dependable while managing multiple moving parts.
- Follow data flows, configure software and turn numbers into a clear story.
- Use AI tools daily and look for ways to do more with less.
- Experience with utility efficiency or demand response programs, or another regulated industry, is a plus.
- Familiarity with rebate processing or program reporting is a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot, BI tools, Snowflake or SQL is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for utility program managers, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Lead regular meetings with utility program teams to review performance, plan next steps and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Configure platform programs, including rebates, eligibility rules and new product categories.
- Deliver monthly program reporting with the analyst team.
- Write partner updates, launch plans and documentation.
- Coordinate program launches and campaigns with marketing and commerce teams.
- Use AI to automate recurring reports and workflows.
