Requirements
- Have demonstrable, hands-on experience using OpenAI Codex in software development or AI-assisted coding workflows.
- Understand APIs, including authentication, endpoints, requests and responses, data structures, integrations and error handling.
- Understand cloud technologies, software integrations and developer environments.
- Be able to interpret developer documentation, technical specifications and implementation guides, and validate information with SMEs.
- Have experience creating learning or enablement content for enterprise, B2B, SaaS or developer audiences.
- Have strong writing and editing skills, simplifying complex concepts without sacrificing accuracy.
- Understand adult learning and instructional design principles.
- Be able to explain technical concepts and workflows to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Use AI tools confidently while independently evaluating outputs and maintaining quality control.
- Manage content deliverables independently and work with project leads, designers, technical SMEs and stakeholders.
- Use tools such as Google Docs, Slides and Drive for documentation and version control.
Responsibilities
- Create learning resources about OpenAI Codex and AI-assisted development.
- Develop API, cloud and developer enablement materials, including onboarding and implementation guides.
- Produce demo guides, technical walkthroughs, product tutorials, playbooks, e-learning scripts, storyboards, presentations, job aids and knowledge checks.
- Structure content into clear narratives and practical examples for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Validate explanations, workflows, product capabilities and examples against approved documentation and SME input.
- Review content for technical accuracy, clarity, completeness, terminology, accessibility and instructional standards.
- Use approved AI tools to structure, draft, edit and refine content, evaluating outputs for accuracy and alignment.
- Manage assigned deliverables, timelines, documentation and version control using tools such as Google Docs, Slides and Drive.
- Collaborate with project leads, designers, learning specialists, technical SMEs and stakeholders, and communicate progress and uncertainties.
