Requirements
- Have proven, hands-on experience using OpenAI Codex in software development or AI-assisted coding workflows.
- Have a solid understanding of APIs, including authentication, endpoints, requests, responses, integrations and error handling.
- Have knowledge of cloud platforms, software integrations and developer environments.
- Have experience creating technical learning, documentation or enablement content for enterprise, B2B, SaaS or developer audiences.
- Have strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to simplify complex information without losing accuracy.
- Understand instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Be able to interpret technical documentation and collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content.
- Have experience using AI tools for content development, with independent judgment and quality control.
- Be able to manage deliverables from brief through approval and work collaboratively within an established team.
Responsibilities
- Create learning resources covering OpenAI Codex, AI-assisted development, APIs, cloud technologies and developer workflows.
- Develop technical onboarding materials, implementation guides, product tutorials, demonstrations and walkthroughs.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible explanations, practical examples and real-world scenarios.
- Interpret technical documentation and specifications, identify gaps, and validate information with subject matter experts.
- Create e-learning scripts, storyboards, training presentations, job aids, reference guides, scenarios and knowledge checks.
- Validate technical explanations, workflows and examples against approved documentation and subject matter expert input.
- Review AI-generated content critically and follow confidentiality, data protection and client-specific AI requirements.
- Manage deliverables, timelines, documentation and version control from brief through approval.
- Communicate progress, risks and technical uncertainties proactively and incorporate feedback.
