- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, and modern web technologies.
- Experience writing automated tests and maintaining high software quality standards.
- Professional fluency in German and French, with a minimum C1 level in each language.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Experience with cloud architectures, APIs, and modern software development practices.
- Knowledge of Industrial IoT, machine communication, or industrial communication protocols is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical solutions, and deliver projects from start to finish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to technical challenges.
- Ability to explain technical decisions clearly, contribute ideas, and receive constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain quality in dynamic project environments.
- Collaborative approach to working with customers, colleagues, and the founding team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, deploy, operate, and maintain custom software applications for manufacturing clients.
- Implement business logic using modern technologies, software architectures, and engineering practices.
- Design and build web interfaces for manufacturing workflows.
- Develop and maintain scalable cloud-based and on-premises applications.
- Monitor application performance, manage logging, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Build and integrate APIs and interfaces with ERP systems, manufacturing software, machine controls, sensors, and operational technology infrastructure.
- Analyze requirements with customers and project managers and translate them into software solutions.
- Collaborate with customers from requirements gathering through implementation and production deployment.
- Improve the existing platform, development workflows, and technical standards.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and the product and technology roadmap.
