- Experience building, managing, and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Strategic and commercial thinking, including translating business objectives into marketing and growth plans.
- Analytical skills and confidence working with marketing KPIs, performance metrics, and budgets.
- Experience managing product launches, marketing funnels, and digital marketing processes.
- Broad understanding of performance marketing, CRM, email marketing, social media, and content strategy.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently for events, productions, and in-person team meetings.
- Flexibility to work remotely while collaborating closely with colleagues across locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the marketing and growth strategy with executive leadership.
- Lead and develop the internal marketing team and manage external agencies, contractors, and service providers.
- Plan and oversee product launches, marketing campaigns, sales funnels, and promotional initiatives.
- Drive performance marketing and optimize acquisition strategies.
- Oversee CRM, email marketing, social media, and content initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing activities for live events, content productions, and other brand experiences.
- Monitor KPIs and campaign results, and translate performance data into improvements.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and take responsibility for marketing performance.
- Build marketing processes and collaborate with executive leadership, sales, event management, and fulfillment teams.
