Have experience independently building and managing campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups.
Have copywriting experience producing persuasive marketing content that drives conversions.
Be fluent in written and spoken German.
Have strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Previous experience in e-commerce or a marketing agency is an advantage.

Manage multiple client projects, maintain timelines, and deliver campaigns according to schedule.
Prepare briefs and coordinate design deliverables with campaign objectives.
Write persuasive, conversion-focused marketing copy.
Build, configure, and manage email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo.
Support marketing across WhatsApp and print mailings.
Use AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.
Maintain structured project management processes and clear communication across projects.
Take ownership of campaign execution and results, identifying opportunities to improve performance.
Use data-informed email marketing to contribute to e-commerce brand growth.
