SalaryThe anticipated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 annually. The role is also eligible to receive commissions based on achievement of an assigned quota. As an employee of the company, you will be eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan.

Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience managing the sales cycle within enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrate consistent overachievement of quota.
- Know how to sell into financial services in the mortgage vertical, including banking, credit union, or mortgage organizations.
- Preferred: Understand SaaS technology and use a consultative sales approach.
- Preferred: Understand SaaS and/or mortgage banking lending ecosystems.
- Preferred: Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred: Have strong presentation skills.
- Preferred: Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Have strong negotiation skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Hunt new-logo accounts among assigned national prospects.
- Grow assigned customer accounts by selling new paid features and services.
- Manage accounts through prospecting, acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Manage complex sales cycles using internal and external resources as appropriate.
- Manage an internal cross-functional team to support the franchise.
- Prepare and execute territory and account strategies.
- Generate pipeline consistently and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Travel 25% to customer and prospect visits and industry events.
- Position the product with financial services organizations, including independent mortgage bankers, banks, and credit unions.
