Have 5+ years of recruiting experience in technical domains such as Engineering or Data Science.
Demonstrate a track record of closing high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to speak the language of technical teams to assess candidate skills.
Use LinkedIn, Boolean search, and non-traditional channels to identify and engage passive talent.
Use AI tools in daily recruiting work for sourcing, research, outreach, or reporting.
Have built or improved at least one automated workflow that saved measurable time.
Bring stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions with market insight and clear candidate rationale.
Be proficient with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse is preferred.
Maintain high data integrity throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Drive full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science, from intake and sourcing through assessment, debriefs, and final close.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies and nurture campaigns across diverse and non-traditional channels.
Design and maintain AI-assisted and automated recruiting workflows for sourcing research, outreach drafts, scheduling, and pipeline updates.
Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, set hiring standards, and influence selection decisions.
Lead structured, competency-based candidate evaluations and document hiring decisions.
Analyze recruiting funnel data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to hiring speed and quality.
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and own offer strategy and negotiations.
