Requirements
- Bring 3-5 years of experience in software development and/or test automation.
- Hold a B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Have strong Python programming skills and experience writing reusable, maintainable test frameworks.
- Have hands-on coding experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript; JavaScript is preferred.
- Have experience with automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.
- Have experience with automation tools such as Cypress, WebdriverIO, or Protractor.
- Have experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as CircleCI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Have hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or SQL.
- Understand microservices architecture and have experience testing backend or platform systems and API layers.
- Have experience with API automation tools such as Postman, REST Assured, SuperTest, or Axios.
- Have experience with enterprise SaaS applications and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understand QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and Agile practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automation test plans and scripts based on project requirements.
- Partner with Development, Product, and Security teams to build quality automation, tooling, and telemetry.
- Conduct functional, regression, and database testing.
- Test backend or platform systems, including microservices and API layers.
- Build or maintain test frameworks and regression and smoke suites.
