Have 5+ years of experience building products as a full-stack engineer.
Bring experience owning outcomes, ideally in a small team.
Have hands-on experience building and orchestrating agentic workflows.
Use an AI-first approach and form well-reasoned views on where AI adds value.
Have strong proficiency with React and TypeScript.
Have proficiency with a Python web framework; Django is preferred.
Design simple, scalable, and maintainable systems and make sensible architecture trade-offs.
Turn Figma designs into clean, responsive, mobile-first components.
Independently clarify ambiguous problems and break them into executable tasks.
Have experience with product experiments, including readable results, tracking, and cleanup.
Contentful or another headless CMS platform is a nice-to-have.
Familiarity with technical SEO, HubSpot, Hightouch, recommendations, or personalisation is a nice-to-have.
Experience with travel or e-commerce checkout flows is a nice-to-have.

Investigate product problems, such as users browsing wishlists without opting in.
Write clear specifications for product problems.
Break work into small, executable tasks and pull requests.
Build and ship product changes from end to end.
Verify the impact of shipped changes.
Collaborate with Content, SEO, CRM, Operations, and Customer Experience.
Take ownership of production.
