Bring hands-on AI implementation experience in a real delivery context, with shipped AI-assisted workflows and judgment over outputs before they reach clients.
Use AI build and delivery tooling in daily work, including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Figma-to-code integrations, or AI-assisted QA.
Have 5+ years of digital project or technical delivery management experience in an agency or production environment, running concurrent builds from intake through launch.
Have hands-on delivery experience across web (WordPress and/or Drupal), email, and banners.
Bring experience in pharma, healthcare, or other regulated delivery, including familiarity with MLR/PRC reviews, compliance gates, and fixed regulatory launch dates.
Coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, including routing work and managing offshore or nearshore delivery.
Be fluent in Jira, Workfront or comparable delivery tooling, and understand QA, staging/UAT/production flow, and design-to-code handoff.
Have sufficient technical literacy to scope realistically and hold build conversations with developers and vendors.
Nice to have: experience defining AI-augmented delivery playbooks or building AI-assisted QA automation.
Nice to have: experience with agentic tooling, Veeva certification, or standing up delivery processes, studios, or standards.

Triage Workfront and Jira requests, classify deliverables and dependencies, return incomplete requests, and own or validate estimates before build commitments.
Route projects between in-house teams and vendor partners based on client restrictions, Veeva dependencies, capacity, and offshore rules.
Manage vendor delivery, including standing syncs, staging-date accountability, SOW burn visibility, and transition documentation.
Own delivery from kickoff through launch, coordinating review rounds, MLR/PRC readiness, QA gates, and go-live.
Track progress across concurrent projects and flag delivery risks, dependencies, and conflicts to Producers and Delivery leadership.
Use AI tools for status synthesis, ticket hygiene, QA support, specification drafting, and documentation.
Partner on AI-assisted QA and design-to-code workflows, and document AI-assisted delivery playbooks.
Define completion standards with technical leads and QA; own quality issues, root-cause reviews, and remediation.
Enforce Jira and Workfront field and status discipline, and lead post-launch reviews that inform process improvements.
Partner with Producers on SOW scoping and participate in technical scoping, risk, and demo conversations with clients.
