Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design.
- 4+ years leading design managers and multidisciplinary teams in B2B SaaS.
- Track record of measurable experience improvements, such as adoption, task success, support volume, or NPS.
- Experience shaping AI-powered or agent-driven product experiences and a point of view on their direction.
- Experience designing complex, technical, or security-critical products.
- Hands-on experience building and prototyping in code with AI tools such as Claude or Cursor.
- Advanced Figma fluency, including components, variables, tokens, and design systems at scale.
- Clear, confident communication with senior leaders, including when delivering a negative decision.
- Experience leading distributed teams across time zones is a plus.
- Portfolio with two or three case studies showing work from problem to shipped outcome, including use of AI, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define a multi-year experience vision and priorities across the admin console, end-user experience, and AI-assisted and agent-driven workflows.
- Partner with Product to design consistent, intuitive, self-service, and reliable end-to-end workflows.
- Design permissions, policies, sign-in, recovery, and alerts to support confident administration and secure employee experiences.
- Lead customer discovery, onboarding, in-product guidance, and measurement of adoption of key workflows.
- Measure user satisfaction using NPS, product feedback, support, and research, and guide team actions based on those measures.
- Establish discovery, usability testing, and post-launch measurement practices.
- Set design quality and accessibility standards, and govern the design system from Figma through code.
- Organize team capacity and design operations, including documentation, standards, and workflows.
- Make AI use across the design team practical and repeatable, from research synthesis to prototyping in code.
