- Digital proficiency and organizational skills to manage creative work in a structured manner.
- An analytical mindset and interest in connecting design decisions with marketing objectives.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of work quality and outcomes.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Previous e-commerce experience is a nice to have.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging email campaigns and layouts in Figma.
- Create email marketing flows and pop-ups tailored to brands, audiences, and customer journeys.
- Develop WhatsApp banners and creative print mailings.
- Ensure design consistency and quality across digital and print marketing assets.
- Use modern AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve creative workflows.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver work within established processes and timelines.
- Apply analytical thinking to create designs that support customer engagement and commercial performance.
- Collaborate directly with founders and contribute ideas to improve creative output and client results.
- Continue developing design skills and take on greater responsibility.
