Requirements
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and/or product design.
- Bring a strong track record at SaaS companies or fast-growing startups.
- Be based in India.
- Have excellent written and spoken English.
- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Webflow, Figma, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and After Effects.
- Have experience leading projects end-to-end, from creative concept to final execution.
- Have experience creating illustrations, icons, isometrics, interactive demos, motion graphics, and web design.
- Have experience partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape creative strategy.
- Be able to mentor and elevate the work of junior designers.
- Provide a portfolio showcasing breadth and depth across web, motion, brand, and custom illustration work; this is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design marketing and sales assets across digital and print, including landing pages, ads, social content, email campaigns, and presentations.
- Partner with the VP of Marketing to define and evolve the company's creative direction.
- Lead multi-faceted design projects from brief through delivery.
- Establish and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and component libraries.
- Translate Figma designs into responsive Webflow experiences.
- Create motion graphics, animated GIFs, and video assets using After Effects.
- Develop client-facing deliverables, including PowerPoint decks and QBRs, with operations and customer success teams.
- Translate product concepts into visuals and produce and edit demo videos and other marketing and sales content.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and deliver with minimal oversight.
