Requirements
- Have 5+ years of relevant product design experience.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating product judgment, systems thinking, customer empathy, high-quality execution, and measurable product impact; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Bring experience across research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, content design, and usability testing.
- Demonstrate strong visual and interaction design craft, including hierarchy, layout, typography, grids, spacing, motion, usability, accessibility, and product quality.
- Have working knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, reusable patterns, and scalable product experience decisions.
- Be familiar with AI-assisted design workflows, intelligent interfaces, modern design tooling, and fast prototyping practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, data partners, and other designers.
- Explain design decisions, incorporate feedback, and support rationale with evidence and craft.
- Understand front-end implementation constraints and bridge practical gaps between design and code.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, platform, CRM, workflow-heavy, or similarly complex digital products is valuable.
- Have experience using AI-powered tools for exploration, prototyping, critique, synthesis, or workflow acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Own meaningful product areas from discovery through delivery, translating customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into experience direction.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, data partners, and designers to define, test, and ship product experiences.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insight to make design decisions and improve outcomes.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, interaction specifications, and production-ready documentation.
- Design workflows, edge cases, and failure states for complex customer tasks.
- Strengthen design-system adoption and help teams use shared patterns across surfaces, devices, and locales.
- Iterate through ambiguity, use feedback, and raise quality through critique, pairing, and clear rationale.
- Support junior designers and partner teams with practical design guidance.
- Collaborate across US and India time zones in a 100% remote environment.
