Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of digital product design experience.
- Have worked as a primary or sole designer at a startup.
- Provide a portfolio showcasing shipped web app product work, strong craft, clarity, and thoughtful problem-solving.
- Demonstrate deep Figma fluency, including product design and design system work.
- Have experience designing end-to-end flows for products serving multiple audiences.
- Have experience building design systems from scratch or at an early stage.
- Be able to work autonomously with minimal direction and communicate effectively with distributed teams.
- Experience with marketplaces or platforms is valuable.
- Experience with AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, recruiting, HR technology, or talent marketplaces is valuable.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences across candidate journeys, company dashboards, and AI interactions.
- Turn ambiguous product challenges into clear, intuitive user flows and interaction models.
- Build and evolve the product design system from an early stage.
- Conduct lightweight research through interviews and session observation.
- Identify and address user friction.
- Contribute to product direction and collaborate closely with engineering in a distributed, async environment.
