Requirements
- Bring 4+ years of experience managing a services team.
- Have experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments.
- Have experience implementing enterprise medium- or high-touch accounts or account management programs.
- Bring experience managing escalations and executive stakeholder relationships on complex, high-value accounts.
- Have experience with a customer success CRM such as Gainsight and/or a PSA tool.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, prioritization, a bias for action, big-picture thinking, and high standards.
- SaaS and/or IoT/hardware implementation experience is preferred.
- Project/program management experience, such as PMP or similar, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage team performance and deliver results across team KPIs and organizational OKRs.
- Own executive-level stakeholder relationships and lead escalation resolution for at-risk, high-ACV accounts.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and protect renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Coach consultants through complex, multi-site technical implementations, including hardware deployment logistics and system/API integrations.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including systems efficiency gains and increased automation.
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team.
- Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the organization scales.
