Lead complex initiatives and help drive team strategy.
Break complex work into clear milestones and deliver predictably using agile practices.
Bring a strong software engineering background, including backend development and distributed systems.
Have a deep understanding of AWS and cloud-native architectures.
Have proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform or CloudFormation, and automation.
Have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and developer productivity tooling.
Bring deep expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments.
Have strong knowledge of observability, including logging, metrics, and tracing.
Have experience with incident management and operational best practices for large-scale systems.
Be proficient in Go or Python.

Lead complex initiatives from architecture and design through deployment and continuous refinement.
Design, maintain, and implement scalable platform services, automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure.
Improve observability through logging, metrics, and alerting to support system reliability and incident response.
Partner with application and platform teams to improve performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud-native environments.
Participate in incident response, post-incident reviews, and reliability improvements.
Advocate for infrastructure, software delivery, and operational best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
