Requirements
- Have strong professional experience in website development and the ability to write and troubleshoot code independently.
- Be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices.
- Understand website architecture, code structure, application logic, and development best practices.
- Have experience using Cursor or similar AI-assisted development environments.
- Be proficient with GitHub, including repositories, branching, pull requests, merging, conflict resolution, and version control.
- Have hands-on experience with Netlify hosting, deployments, domain management, and troubleshooting.
- Be able to review, debug, modify, and improve code generated by AI tools.
- Understand website security principles and best practices.
- Have experience integrating website forms, analytics platforms, tracking scripts, and third-party services.
- Be able to troubleshoot technical issues independently and implement reliable solutions.
- Work 20 to 30 hours per week with flexible scheduling and strong availability.
Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, maintain, and improve customer websites using Cursor, GitHub, Netlify, and other development tools.
- Write, review, debug, and maintain website code, validating AI-generated code before deployment.
- Manage GitHub repositories, branches, commits, pull requests, and merge conflicts.
- Configure and troubleshoot Netlify deployments, domains, and hosting.
- Implement website updates, pages, design adjustments, integrations, and customer requests.
- Troubleshoot website functionality, integrations, deployment, and performance issues.
- Apply web security best practices, including secure configuration, dependency management, and access controls.
- Collaborate with company leadership to prioritize requests, meet deadlines, and maintain quality.
- Ensure websites are responsive, fast, accessible, and compatible with modern browsers and devices.
- Communicate project status and respond promptly to technical requests.
