Job Details

At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Practical experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of Apex programming, Salesforce coding patterns, platform best practices, and object-oriented programming.
Practical experience building Salesforce Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations.
Experience building Salesforce Data 360 solutions, including data modeling, integration, and activation.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems through REST APIs and related approaches.
Understanding of CI/CD, Git-based source control, testing practices, and reliable software deployment.
Demonstrated interest in and hands-on experimentation with large language model APIs, agent frameworks, or emerging AI development tools.
Ability to investigate unfamiliar technical challenges and solve complex or ambiguous business problems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and engaging with customers.
Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, and Claude Certified Architect.
Travel up to 25% for customer engagements and company events, as required by project needs.

Design, build, test, and enhance intelligent agents, workflows, and automations using Salesforce Agentforce.
Design and implement secure, scalable Salesforce Data 360 solutions, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and real-time data activation.
Work with unstructured data models, retrievers, and search indexes to support information retrieval and AI-powered experiences.
Prototype and evaluate large language model APIs, agent frameworks, and emerging development tools.
Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
Engage with customers to understand requirements and recommend technical approaches.
Collaborate with project teams and technical specialists across solution design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
Integrate Salesforce applications with third-party platforms through REST APIs and other integration patterns.
Use AI tools and coding assistants to support development while maintaining code quality and security.
Travel up to 25% for customer engagements and company events, as required by project needs.
