Requirements
- Have at least 2–3 years of practical experience as a ServiceNow Developer or ServiceNow Consultant.
- Have very good JavaScript skills in the ServiceNow context, including Glide API.
- Be able to independently analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ServiceNow solutions.
- Have very good English for working with an international team and a UK client.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and develop Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variable Sets, and service categorization.
- Configure ordering portals using Service Portal or basic UI Builder, including widgets, themes, and layouts.
- Work with request lifecycles, approvals, fulfillment tasks, and SLAs.
- Write server-side business logic using Script Includes, Business Rules, and Script Actions.
- Validate forms and manage dynamic field behavior with Catalog Client Scripts and UI Policies.
- Create and maintain approval and fulfillment processes in Flow Designer or the legacy Workflow Editor.
- Map and pass data between catalog variables, flows, and fulfillment tasks.
- Configure user roles and permissions, and work with CMDB basics, System Properties, notifications, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Move and deploy changes between environments using Update Sets.
