Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Have experience and good knowledge in at least one of CMDB, ITSM, HRSD, or App Engine.
- Communicate in English at B2 or C1 level in an international environment.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, frameworks, HTML5, or CSS3 is a plus.
- Availability to start as soon as possible is preferred; a notice period of up to one month, effective at month-end, is acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and develop ServiceNow services and modules, including Core Platform, ITSM, HRSD, WSD, Finance & Accounting, App Engine, ML & AI Analytics, and CMDB.
- Design and implement business rules, client-side and server-side scripts, and integrations with external systems.
- Create custom patterns to optimize implemented ServiceNow solutions.
- Work on low-code/no-code solutions and traditional development for the ServiceNow environment.
- Map services between applications and infrastructure.
- Create a roadmap and plans for developing ServiceNow capabilities in the organization.
