Requirements
- Have relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
- Apply strong critical thinking to candidate evaluation and client problem-solving.
- Take ownership of client outcomes and see issues through to resolution.
- Communicate clearly and personally in writing.
- Respond to clients and keep them feeling prioritized.
- Be comfortable growing into a role without a predefined playbook.
- Staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring background is a plus.
- Experience in a small, founder-led company with direct leadership access and ownership of outcomes is a plus.
- Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients after the sale.
- Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls and own client relationships throughout each engagement.
- Run regular check-ins across active accounts and identify problems with placed contractors early.
- Resolve client issues proactively and respond when clients need support.
- Evaluate candidates surfaced by the recruiting team and decide who is strong enough to present.
- Present selected candidates, coordinate interviews, handle feedback, and close placements.
- Identify when clients are ready to hire again and raise it proactively.
- Ask satisfied clients for reviews and introductions, and build repeat business and referrals.
- Mark placements, milestones, and other positive moments with personalized gestures.
