Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or a similar field.
- Mid-level experience working on systems integration or CRM implementation projects.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Formal training in project management methodologies is preferred.
- Experience in a consultancy, agency, or software development organization is highly desirable.
- Bring an analytical mindset and attention to detail to problem-solving.
- Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans that meet stakeholder and customer needs and deliver desired outcomes within budget.
- Manage project schedules and budget planning.
- Partner with Resource Managers to predict and allocate required resources.
- Create and manage budgets reflecting project scope and resource requirements.
- Complete, distribute, and store project documentation.
- Prepare project briefs and resolve unclear or incomplete situations.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates aligned with client goals.
- Coordinate discovery, implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations.
- Monitor client communications and ensure responses are handled.
- Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and communicate and manage risks.
