Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or delivery.
- Have experience at a SaaS, data, or adtech/martech company.
- Have experience running several enterprise customer projects at once.
- Be highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Be strong in Jira or similar project management tools.
- Lead meetings with customer Directors/VPs.
- Write clear, concise, polished customer emails, status updates, and recaps.
- Use spreadsheets and dashboards to QA deliveries.
- Be comfortable using AI tools for analysis, drafting, and preparation while applying critical thinking and retaining ownership.
Responsibilities
- Take customers from signature to launch through account setup, QA, review, and onboarding.
- Turn each customer's goals and success criteria into a delivery plan with milestones, dependencies, owners, and dates.
- Run cross-functional delivery workstreams with product and engineering teams.
- Lead customer working sessions and status reviews, aligning stakeholders on goals, scope, and timelines and identifying risks.
- Own customer requests from intake through resolution, involving Engineering when needed.
- Build the onboarding playbook, request intake, and release process.
- Improve time to live through iterations of the delivery process.
