- Have 0–2 years of work experience, including internships.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and the ability to break complex problems into clear parts and recommendations.
- Communicate clearly in writing and in person, including explaining complex ideas simply.
- Use AI tools such as Claude, Grok, or Cursor in daily work and show curiosity about AI agents.
- Show genuine interest in Web3 and experience using a wallet, a DEX, or stablecoins.
- Learn quickly, take ownership, and be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace.
- A degree in any field is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Own product work in one or more focus areas: AI and agentic payments, stablecoins and payments, trading, and user growth.
- Research and prototype ideas in agentic payments, where AI agents can transact on-chain for users.
- Turn user problems into product requirements, user stories, and success metrics with engineering, design, and data.
- Analyze markets and competitors across wallets, DEXs, DeFi trading platforms, stablecoins, and payment networks.
- Define KPIs, run experiments, and measure the impact of shipped work.
- Pitch product ideas to product leadership.
