Requirements
- Have 3+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate a track record of recruiting across GTM functions, preferably Field Sales roles.
- Bring depth and breadth of experience in high-volume recruiting.
- Have experience partnering with hiring managers to fill roles across GTM functions.
- Be proficient in using recruitment data and metrics to inform hiring decisions.
- Have communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Be able to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
- Be able to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Nice to have: experience using Greenhouse as an ATS.
- Nice to have: experience scheduling with GoodTime.
- Nice to have: experience recruiting sales talent at a SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- Deliver recruiting goals and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and evolving business needs.
- Attract, source, recruit, and engage talent for GTM functions, predominantly Sales.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals, professional networks, and outreach.
- Develop end-to-end sourcing strategies, including market research, competitor mapping, targeted outreach, and candidate relationship nurturing.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, align expectations, and drive hiring decisions.
- Build relationships with hiring managers through regular recruiting syncs, communication, and subject matter expertise.
- Use sourcing data, pipeline conversion rates, and recruitment metrics to evaluate and optimize strategies.
- Provide a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and share ideas and updates to improve recruitment practices.
