Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of marketing experience in environmental consulting, mining, or a relevant industry.
- Proven track record leading complex proposal development, including capture support and strategic pursuits.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Responsibilities
- Manage and guide Business Line Specialists and Proposal Coordinators working on proposals and business development initiatives.
- Lead pursuit strategy, including pre-positioning, capture planning, opportunity evaluation, and Go/No-Go decision support.
- Manage proposal development from capture through submission and presentation, including client debriefs and lessons learned.
- Establish proposal strategies, themes, and win messaging aligned with solicitation requirements and corporate differentiators.
- Ensure proposal compliance and quality through solicitation analysis, compliance matrices, reviews, and final submission oversight.
- Coordinate technical teams, proposal staff, and subconsultants to deliver cohesive submissions.
- Oversee marketing collateral, conference planning and preparation, and company-wide brand consistency.
- Collaborate with Development Leaders on strategic pursuits, capture planning, proposals, conferences, and key presentations.
- Develop dashboards and report on business development and marketing metrics.
- Mentor team members and manage recruitment, development, retention, performance, goals, responsibilities, and priorities.
