Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-team technology portfolios or programs.
Experience leading and developing Technical Program Managers or similar delivery leaders.
Strong technical literacy and credibility with Product and Engineering leaders.
Deep experience in integrated planning, dependency management, risk management, delivery health and launch readiness.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to create structure and accountability in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Ability to operate at both portfolio level and hands-on delivery level.
Strong systems thinking and ability to connect technology execution to business outcomes.
Travel required: less than 15%.
Ad Tech, digital media or programmatic advertising experience is strongly preferred.

Own integrated planning and delivery health across the Ad Tech portfolio.
Establish visibility into priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions.
Create operating cadences for planning, RAID, delivery health and launch readiness.
Lead complex cross-functional programs spanning Product, Engineering, Data, Operations and external partners.
Anticipate delivery risks and dependencies and drive their resolution.
Ensure major launches have clear ownership, readiness criteria, success measures and contingency plans.
Lead, coach and develop the TPMs supporting the Ad Tech portfolio.
Partner with the broader Tech PMO team to establish consistent program and portfolio practices.
