- 5–10 years of experience in sales or food manufacturing.
- Degree in Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
- Willingness and ability to travel for client visits.
- Ability to build customer relationships and communicate effectively.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM and sales tracking software.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct and execute quarterly business reviews.
- Onboard new retailers and distributors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and trade show follow-up.
- Manage wholesale inquiries and sales leads through the website.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interaction history.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales reports and performance metrics, and create customer presentations using existing templates and reporting tools.
- Provide product knowledge and samples to clients, and represent the company at trade shows.
- Manage brokers by setting goals, leading training courses, conducting reviews, and addressing underperformance.
