Have 2+ years of experience in program operations, alumni relations, career services, community operations, or operations analytics.
Bring strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse; BigQuery is preferred.
Have scripting ability in Google Apps Script/JavaScript or Python.
Be comfortable working with REST APIs; Slack API experience is a plus.
Have excellent written communication and experience creating messaging that drives action.
Be able to manage concurrent workstreams involving internal teams, contracted coaches, and external partners.
Show a builder's mindset by identifying repetitive work, developing systems, and documenting them for others.
Have hands-on experience applying AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to operational work, with judgment about when human review is needed.
Experience with Tableau or Hex, Typeform, Airtable, Notion, and an ATS/CRM such as Recruit CRM is preferred.
Familiarity with Amazon Career Choice or similar employer-funded upskilling programs is preferred.
Experience coordinating contractor or vendor teams is preferred.

Plan and manage the alumni communications calendar across Slack, email, SMS, and LinkedIn.
Write, segment, launch, and track alumni campaigns, using AI tools with human review.
Manage alumni Slack channels and the alumni LinkedIn network, maintaining accurate membership and engagement.
Build and maintain automations for alumni and coach operations using Google Apps Script, Slack API, and no-code tools.
Maintain BigQuery datasets and views, connect data to Sheets, Tableau, and Hex, and own outcomes and coach-performance dashboards.
Validate alumni data, resolve duplicates, and keep records synchronized across the admin app, Recruit CRM, Airtable, and the warehouse.
Produce recurring and ad hoc analyses of alumni support and placement trends.
Manage career coach assignments, onboarding, offboarding, coverage, and operational documentation.
Coordinate professional development sessions and maintain the PD Ops tracker and team playbooks.
Match alumni and learners to employer-partner role requirements and deliver candidate shortlists.
