Requirements
- Bring 4+ years of experience in a complex, fast-moving environment with little day-to-day direction; operations, implementation, chief of staff, consulting, or corporate experience counts.
- Be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, and execute plans without step-by-step management.
- Take initiative and identify work that needs to be done.
- Use sound judgment about priorities, tradeoffs, when to ask for help, and confidential employee and company information.
- Produce high-quality deliverables and communicate clearly in writing and verbally with leaders, vendors, and candidates.
- Have proven experience using AI and automation to build dashboards, consolidate tools, and design operational systems.
- Pressure-test AI output and apply independent judgment to recommendations.
- Be comfortable with systems and data, and able to learn unfamiliar tools and topics quickly.
- Work through ambiguity and shifting priorities, collaborate with a low-ego attitude, and take on hands-on work.
- Nice to have: experience with Rippling, QuickBooks, HubSpot, or Claude; finance operations; event planning; or a PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze operational data to support leadership decisions.
- Manage cross-functional projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.

- Run compliance processes and track recurring deadlines, filings, and renewals.
- Manage vendors, invoices, renewals, contracts, and tool integrations.
- Coordinate offsites and events, and handle logistics such as shipping equipment, swag, and gifts.
- Support planning cycles, budget and headcount tracking, reporting, and leadership, board, and fundraising materials.
- Build and automate internal processes, dashboards, and connected sources of truth using AI and other tools.
- Own accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations, and maintain operational and financial data.
